My Story
Since 2001, I have been a consultant, performance coach, and recruiter, specifically for attorneys and law firms. I have happily built and maintained long-lasting relationships in the South Florida legal market and beyond and am considered a trusted advisor to many.
Through thousands of conversations with attorneys, I have come to understand the challenges, perspectives, vulnerabilities, and “gaps” standing in the way of thriving in the legal industry. I have worked with attorneys in all stages of their careers. I founded NIMBLE· ESQUIRE, a career navigation consulting company and membership, to address systemic problems in the legal profession and change the trajectory of attorneys’ careers and lives through performance coaching tools and career navigation guidance.
An entrepreneur, I have founded numerous companies, including NIMBLE· ESQUIRE, VCG Attorney Recruiting, and Haute House, the parent company of successful brands in the professional and retail beauty industry, including Theorie.
I have been published or quoted in Law360, Yahoo Finance!, Daily Business Review, Up Journey, and other publications, where she has spoken about career navigation strategies, the state of the market, and her opinions about trends and trajectory.
